If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with consumer protection regulations by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the products.

You must make a clear statement of withdrawal by sending us an email or by filling out the cancellation form.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are returned in good condition and in unopened packaging. If any or all returned products are no longer in a sellable condition, no refund will be issued for those items.

If you cancel the entire order or return part of the products, you must return the items to us within 14 days of the withdrawal notification at the address below. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed.

When returning products, please include your name and contact information to help us match the returned products with the correct order. Once we have received the products and inspected their condition, we will refund the payment for the order using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will be processed without undue delay, in compliance with consumer protection regulations.
